What I collect
When you use the quote request form or email me, I receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number (if given), project location, project type, timeline, project description, any file links, and any files you attach to your email.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers, and you don’t need an account to use it. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How the quote form works
Right now the quote form puts your answers into an email in your own email app, addressed to tkdraftingsolutions@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press send there. If the form is later switched to send directly, your answers will pass through a form-delivery service to my inbox and will be used the same way described here.
How I use it
I use your information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and work on your project. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list. I share project details only with people you’ve asked me to work with, such as your engineer or architect, or when the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep project emails and files as long as they’re useful for your project and my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
